Bio
Jackie Beauchamp spent two decades behind the scenes supporting the inner workings which allowed her to develop a critical understanding of contract law and the layers of complexity within the property management and commercial real estate industry. In 2021, she transferred to an in-field agent, where she was entrusted with the development of business expansion and successfully closed 97 transactions in 24 months, while building an Industrial, Office, Flex and Retail management portfolio consisting of approximately 500,000 sq. ft. throughout the Inland Empire and comprised of approximately 175 tenants that she manages and leases while continuing to seek new growth opportunities. In addition to securing approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of exclusive leasing inventory, which launched the company into a variation of asset classes and development of new territories creating additional stability to an already dynamic 70-year-old company. Originally from Oklahoma but primarily raised in Orange County where she attended Cal State Fullerton, Jackie later decided she was passionate about marketing and began to work on her bachelor’s degree in business marketing. She is on track to graduate in 2024. As a license real estate agent since 2004, she has served her community and built-up key networking relationships and skillsets within the industry. Personally, she loves to learn and constantly grow, serving on volunteer boards such as the Agriculture Board of Directors at Perris Union High School District (2017-Present), which promotes skill trades in our high school students through (CDE) career development education programs and previously serving 4 years as a board member on an HOA gaining insightful hands-on experience of the David Sterling Act and inner workings of HOA dynamics. A believer in thriving in mind and body, she obtained her license as a certified healthy coach.
