One of the two founding partners of Industrial Properties Group at NAI CIR, the leading provider of real estate services for warehouse and distribution center projects along the I-81 Corridor in Central Pennsylvania & Western Maryland. Transactional responsibilities include work on behalf of both Tenants and Landlords, with significant direct experience in each Site Selection, Development and Redevelopment Advisory, and Investment Transactions.
Education
Mr. Shepley graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Religion in 1987 and completed the Management Program at Wharton School of Business in 1994.
