Bio
Mr. Rushford is a Senior Analyst responsible for supporting the acquisitions team by underwriting prospective value-add office/multifamily properties and ground-up development deals and assisting with due diligence. Mr. Rushford also supports the firm’s asset management team by performing financial analyses for Penzance’s portfolio of existing assets and development projects, as well as for property dispositions, recapitalizations and refinancings.
Previously, Mr. Rushford worked as an investment sales broker for Marcus & Millichap on their DC/MD/VA multifamily team.
He is active in the Young Real Estate Professionals of DC and NAIOP’s Northern Virginia chapter. In addition, he has coached tennis and mentored young people through Atlanta’s chapter of ACEing Autism.
Mr. Rushford received a BBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he concentrated in Real Estate.
