Jack Rogers’ expertise spans all segments of the commercial brokerage business. He has built, purchased, sold and managed office buildings and has renovated and retitled over one million square feet of industrial space in the Evansville area. He has provided site location services for national chains and local businesses.
He earned a B.S. in marketing and a G.R.I. (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation from Indiana University and has studied commercial and Investment real estate, taxation and exchange, and real estate development at the National Realtors Marketing Institute. He is a C.C.I.M. (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Jack is a charter member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and has represented southern Indiana as a commission member for many years.
The Evansville native founded Jack Rogers Realtor, Inc. in 1978 and has earned a reputation for ethical business practices. Jack’s relationship with local officials so good that he has never been refused a rezoning request.
