Jack Pruden, is an advisor with CityPlat Commercial Real Estate, initially joining the team in 2022. Jack is a North Carolina native, and proud graduate of UNC-Greensboro where he majored in business marketing. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Jack gained invaluable client-facing experience as a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual for three years. Most recently, he facilitated communication in capital markets and was an advisory analyst in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse.
Jack’s passion for helping others led him to pursue a career with CityPlat. Initially drawn to the team’s professional reputation and activity in the marketplace, Jack adds a spectacular layer to CityPlat’s authentic camaraderie and brokerage services.
Jack is married to Allie, and currently resides in Raleigh. Outside of the office you can find him hacking at a golf ball, catching a few waves on the NC coast, or hanging out with family and friends.
