Jack Mikail has specialized in industrial and commercial real estate in the North Los Angeles area since 1987. As a 36 year veteran, Jack continues to represent owners and tenants of many medium to large size companies in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial real estate throughout the greater Los Angeles marketplace. In addition to serving his commercial real estate clients, Mr. Mikail has assisted developers in securing sites, project management and leasing representation of mid to large size industrial and commercial projects. Jack with his wife Janet reside in Northridge, CA.
Education
Jack Mikail is a graduate of London School of Accounting with a Masters Degree in Management and Industrial Accounting and has a Bachelor Degree in Business and Finance.
Background & Experience
Jack started his real estate career in 1987 with Merrill Lynch and in 1989 joined Schneider Commercial Real Estate. In 1992 he moved to Westcord Commercial Real Estate where he became a partner and in December 2001 Joined Encino office of NAI Capital Commercial as a Vice President. From September 2011 till current, Jack has been with TOLD Partners Group as a Senior Partner. His commitment to work hard and provide excellent service to his clients has brought success and rewards.
