Prior to joining The Value Group, Mr. Linefsky worked for Home Properties, the sixth largest REIT in the nation. He was a Regional Property Manager responsible for managing over 2,500 residential units, preparing budgets, managing site teams, overseeing extensive capital improvement and apartment renovation projects.
During his 14 years in residential management, he has been instrumental in the acquisition and repositioning of numerous properties in the metropolitan area. He has also led teams in the construction of development projects, including a 4,000 sq.ft clubhouse facility.
Mr. Linefsky holds a BS in Business Management from The State University of New York at Oneonta. He is a member of the New Jersey Apartment Association and also serves on the Board of Trustees of the UJA Federation of Northern New Jersey.
