Jack Hogan, Principal Broker of Hogan Commercial Real Estate, began his real estate career in 1971 with the F.C. Tucker Company. After leaving Tucker he had been Vice President of Office Leasing at Lauth Group, Inc. for 28 years until forming Hogan Commercial Real Estate in May of 2010.
Although specializing in the office sector, Jack has in-depth experience in the retail and industrial areas of commercial real estate as well. He has been involved in lease transactions in excess of $200 million, during the past 25 years, primarily representing the landlord. This experience from the landlord’s side of the table has prepared him very well for representing his tenant clients. Having represented the landlord’s interests for many years he has a thorough knowledge of tenant finish costs, space planning, operating expenses, add-on factors and hidden lease costs. He puts this knowledge to good use for his tenant clients, and saves them considerable time and money in their lease transactions
