Jack Cozzie began his career with the firm in 1978 as an industrial real estate professional and is recognized by his peers as one of the top professionals in the industry. Mr. Cozzie is prominent among Chicago professionals, specializing in major industrial projects throughout the Chicago market. He currently serves on the Industrial advisory council, which consists of the top industrial specialists within the firm. He also serves as a member of the Chicago region executive team. Most recently, Mr. Cozzie won the industrial deal of the year at the 2008 NAIOP Awards for Central Grocers’ build-to-suit in Cherry Hill Industrial Park, Joliet. He was the recipient in 2006 and 2007 for the Top Industrial Transaction for Chicago, as awarded by the Commercial Forum.
