Mr. Burns has over 25 years of experience in various disciplines of real estate including real estate negotiations, project management, design, land assembly, entitlements and development. His experience has involved managing small and large office and manufacturing construction projects and negotiating a large number of lease and purchase contracts of differing sizes.
