Originally from the City of Chicago, he attended Lincoln College and Illinois State University; Jack Bataoel is an entrepreneur at heart. He has owned many businesses for over 24 years, which gives him the business acumen to be successful. Jack prides himself on being a leader in the commercial real estate industry; he is approaching $1 billion in sales. He has a strong dedication to his family, community, and team. He strives every day to exceed all expectations of his clients. Many who have worked with Jack say he is thorough, hard-working, and proactive. Jack has served on several boards of non-profits and is on the Board of Directors for Dunedin Care Food Pantry.
Having worked with Cities, Counties, and other government agencies, he is KW Commercial's Director of Government Services for the State of Florida.
Jack has developed a partnership over the years where he invests and owns Investment Properties in Florida and Illinois.
