Pledge to Clients: My clients come first and I work very hard to provide a smooth transaction with their needs and wants foremost as they buy homes or sell Wenatchee area real estate. As a REALTOR® I subscribe to the Code of Conduct and believe that my best source of clients are satisfied clients willing to refer their friends and neighbors, to me, based upon my work, knowledge and ethics. I know the Wenatchee real estate market in detail!<br /><br />Professional Experience: Licensed in Washington I also have the Accredited Buyers Representative designation. With over twenty years experience in all facets for real estate (including finance, secondary market, lending, commercial real estate, development and construction) I have a unique perspective. I am a past board member of both the State and Local REALTOR® organizations and a past REALTOR® of the Quarter.<br /><br />Education: Graduate of Seattle University I attended graduate school at the Portland State University. I also attended the School for Mortgage Banking at the University of Notre Dame. I have attended and graduated from a large assortment of classes and courses both in the business world and as a Captain in the United States Army.<br /><br />Outside Interests: I am a member of the Wenatchee Golf and Country Club, a supporter of the Performing Arts, active in several volunteer organizations including past President of the Eastmont Kiwanis. I spent twelve years refereeing soccer including at the collegiate level. I enjoy walking, gardening, reading, my family and my dog Maggie. I believe strongly in Community involvement!<br /><br />Personal Information: A life long resident of Wenatchee (my grandfather was mayor in 1926) with stops along the way in other locals for school, Army and career I live in East Wenatchee with my Wife Dianne.
