Mr. Franzese is 36 year experienced and dedicated real estate services professional. He has developed a career that focuses on all facets of real estate, including but not limited to; asset portfolio evaluations, acquisitions/dispositions, tenant restructuring, building evaluation and marketing, as well as strategic real estate planning and advisory. Mr. Franzese has been personally involved in over $35B in aggregate real estate assignments of all types around the world.
