I do site location, evaluations of real property, brokerage, some development and leasing. I also am licensed as a real estate instructor in Tennessee, teaching the pre-license 60 hour and post testing 30 hour classes, with broker management classes as needed. Several of past students went on to manage real estate offices.
Education
Attended MTSU (no degree). Completed GRI, CRS, CRB courses, holding those designations, and have over 300 hours of advanced commercial real estate course work completed.
