Since joining JLL in 2010, Andrew has brought to the Bethesda office his extensive knowledge of preleasing proposed development, building renovation, as well as structuring participating leases on behalf of tenants and developers. Andrew has been involved in the Suburban Maryland marketplace in various capacities since 1981. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Andrew served as Executive Director of Brokerage Services in Cushman and Wakefield’s Bethesda office. Andrew has also held senior leadership positions in the Suburban Maryland offices of Studley, and Trammel Crow. During his 35 year career, Andrew has provided a diverse array of services to clients ranging from tenants to owners to developers. He specializes in structuring leases/participation transactions for tenants and for developers, preleasing of proposed new construction or renovation, and helping owners to properly position their assets to achieve maximum value in the marketplace.
