Ivan Holguin serves as an Associate in the El Paso office of CBRE. Mr. Holguin, in addition to his brokerage role, manages the Cd. Juárez industrial database, including recent transactions and property availability. He is responsible for communication with the main industrial developers across the city.
Mr. Holguin joined CBRE in 2010 as part of a transition wherein members of his previous team, TeamNAFTA (a former CBRE affiliate office), became part of the CBRE brand. He started with TeamNAFTA in 2008, as an industrial associate working in Juarez, Mexico. Over the past three years, Mr. Holguin has worked in a project support role for most of the industrial transactions completed by TeamNAFTA including tenant representation and agency assignments.
