Isam’s goal is to make the buying and selling process easier for everyone in Middle TN. He loves learning the stories of why people are moving. From the family that just added their third baby to the empty nesters who are looking to downsize their home, this is a life changing event and one of the most stressful times in someone’s life. His goal is to make it as easy as possible by educating you on the process and giving you the tools to be successful.
Isam was born in Indianapolis and graduated from East Tennessee State University. In 2008, he moved to Nashville, TN. Isam immediately loved everything about the city. It was a big city with a small city vibe. Since then, Nashville has seen an immense amount of change. From high rise buildings to high priced homes, Nashville has seen it all.
When Isam started doing real estate, it was honestly a side hustle for him while he worked his IT job. As he started doing this a little more, he started to see how much he loved every part of this job. From meeting new people, to learning their stories, it was all great to him. The job is more fulfilling than any other job he has had and to him, that is the ultimate career. When Isam can help a family move to the next chapter of their life, it truly gives him a sense of joy and accomplishment.
Isam is the proud father of two kids and enjoys spending time with them and his wife. They have plans to travel around the world to expose their children to various parts of the world. Part of this job has made him realize how blessed they are. Seeing other people going through tough times and knowing that there are other people around the world that have it even worse makes Isam really think about how grateful he should be every day.
