Isaac leads by drawing on a unique breadth of experiences in mixed-use development that ranges from multifamily and hospitality development to retail, and office developments throughout the United States.
Isaac previously served as the Vice President of Development at Hendricks Commercial Properties where he managed and oversaw more than $500 million of development in a 7-year span. Of note, Isaac spearheaded transformational projects such as the $300+ MM Bottleworks District project (from inception), and $80+MM luxurious Ironworks Hotel & Apartment Complex in Indianapolis.
Named an Indianapolis Business Journal Forty under 40, Isaac believes in giving back and being of impact by serving his community. As such, Isaac has served on several impactful boards such as the Indy Chamber board, NBA All-Star Committee, and the Beloit College Board of Trustees to name a few.
