A progressive executive career in corporate marketing, economic development, and business ownership, Rene MacPherson’s combined career experience lead her to Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2008. Rene maintains a strong network of relationships and extensive knowledge base with access to investors, tenants, developers, owners, and institutions whereby she is able to deliver successful results and responsive service. Rene earned her BA in Political Science and Masters Studies from Northeastern University.
Rene has been actively involved in Hudson Valley Region community support and service and has held leadership positions with Dutchess County Economic Development, Dutchess County IDA, Hudson Valley Economic Development, Hudson Valley Tourism, Hudson Valley Agricultural Development, Community Foundation, United Way, Regional Chambers, NYSCAR, and CIPS network.
Rene’s service area encompasses development projects, owner and tenant representation, industrial and retail sales and leasing, asset management, property valuation, site selection and market analysis, and REO service.
