Ira Miller and his partner Milton H. Miller, Jr., have owned and operated The Miller Group (formerly known as Miller Corporate Real Estate) a full service commercial and industrial real estate company in Baltimore, Maryland, since 1988. Mr. Miller has been active in commercial real estate locally for 16 years providing tenant representation, consulting and investment/acquisition services to local and national companies
Throughout the past 16 years, he has developed a prestigious client list including both Tenant and Landlord representation. A partial list of exclusive tenant representations include CHF/Performax, Sylvan Learning Systems, Alex. Brown & Sons, The Johns Hopkins University, Kramon and Graham, and Miles & Stockbridge.
Professional accolades include being recognized by the Baltimore Business Journal 's "Forty Under 40" Executives to Watch in Baltimore, as well as receiving the Office Transaction of the Year Award from the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors for his contribution to the Alex. Brown transaction. Mr. Miller and his partners' commitments to restoring 31 Light Street earned the company several awards, including the Historic Preservation Award, the Community Partnership Award and the Downtown Baltimore Award issued by the Downtown Partnership.
A graduate from the University of Maryland, Mr. Miller serves on the Board of Volunteer Central and is a recent graduate from the Greater Baltimore Committee's Leadership Program. In the past, he has served as president of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Commercial Division.
