Ingrid began her commerical real estate career over 30 years ago, with her first retail leasing role coming from a student placement board at Western University. She has developed and expertise in urban, mixed use, necessity and enclosed mall leasing and development across Canada's primary and secondary markets.
With experience at large real estate firms, including Cadillac Fairview ( nine years), Ivanhoe Cambridge ( five years), and Brookfield Properties, along with a medium sized publicly traded REIT and several small entrepreneurial developers, Ingrid has worked exclusively for the Landlord . Strong relationships across the broker and retail communites have been fostered over many years.
Known to be a team player, effective, efficient with a positive disposition, she is always strivng for the "win-win" .
