Mr. Agaj joined MAA in December 2016 following the merger with Post Properties, Inc. He joined Post in March, 2007. He is responsible for managing new construction in the general Southeast, Florida and Texas markets. Prior to joining Post in 2007, he managed construction projects in various fields for large general contracting firms. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a BS in Construction Management. He also holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida. He is a certified General Contractor in the State of Florida since 2004.
