Ian Simpson provides commercial property valuation advice for banks, insolvency professionals, public /education sector and private clients, with over 20 years’ experience in the Cornwall property market.
Ian also acts as an expert witness on valuation matters in respect of professional negligence, misrepresentation, compensation and divorce claims. He has completed a Level 7 BTEC Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.
Ian is also Chair of the RICS Cornwall Local Member Group.
