Ian has overall responsibility for industrial & logistics development across the UK. He joined St. Modwen in 2005 and has a strong track record of delivering market-leading projects.
Ian has worked on a variety of mixed-use schemes focusing on site acquisition, leasing and strategic land promotion. The schemes have ranged from single distribution units to industrial parks and mixed-use commercial and residential developments.
Before joining St. Modwen, Ian spent 5 years working for Prologis in the UK and Europe.
