Ian has over eight years of real estate industry experience holding positions on both the ownership and occupier sides. His primary focuses include lease negotiations, market research, financial analysis, and asset reporting. Over the course of his career, Ian has completed approximately 2 million square feet of leasing transactions, including build-to-suit projects, expansions, and renewals.??
Before joining RJK in 2022, Ian spent five years with Wayfair's corporate real estate division, overseeing the company's home delivery ("last mile") industrial portfolio across North America. At Wayfair, he led lease negotiations, underwrote new transactions, implemented performance metrics, and directed other day-to-day real estate functions for a portfolio of 40+ locations encompassing over 4 million square feet. Before Wayfair, Ian spent two years with the John Flatley Company, where he supported the company's Greater Boston commercial portfolio leasing efforts.?
Ian received his B.A. from Trinity College and is active with NAIOP and CoreNet Global, where he currently serves as Communications Chair for the Young Leaders Global Committee.
Born on the North Shore, Ian currently resides in Charlestown and keeps himself busy skiing, playing golf and basketball, and exploring local restaurants.
