Property Auction and Private Client & Valuation departments. I am responsible for running our quarterly property auctions, which involves working closely with a variety of types of client, appraising and consigning lots, compiling the auction catalogue, as well as handling pre and post-auction enquiries and offers. I also undertake valuations of residential properties for Inheritance Taxation, Matrimonial, Capital Gains Tax and Shared Equity purposes.
