Bio
Ian entered the profession in 1976 and has specialised in business space agency throughout his career.
Between 1976 and 1982 he worked for two firms, mainly Edward Symmons and Partners specialising in office and industrial properties nationwide.
In 1985, Ian was headhunted by CIL Developments to promote and market from inception to completion Britain's first trade centre known as the Business Design Centre in Islington encompassing 120 showrooms together with a fully integrated exhibition facility.
In 1987, Ian joined Conrad Ritblat as Associate Partner heading up the decentralised industrial and office department, specialising in the Northern Home Counties.
Ian made a conscious decision to move out from London's West End circuit to specialise in the North M25 sector and in 1995 joined Bowyer Bryce as Associate to expand and develop a credible North M25 agency force.
Ian is now the Director responsible for the company's agency departments and corporate marketing.
