Ian Franklin brings to Cushman & Wakefield Atlantic over 21 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in Office and Industrial leasing and brokerage, as well as investment sales. Ian has a proven track record and has built an excellent reputation, consistently being one of the top commercial real estate agents in New Brunswick. Ian has worked with many of the chartered banks, insurance companies and other national firms in both disposition of assets and tenant representation. Ian is well known in the market for completing property acquisition and disposition assignments including office, industrial, retail and multi-family real estate. Ian has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business in the Greater Moncton area for over 31 years. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield LePage, Ian was Vice-President for Colliers International (Atlantic) Inc. From 1983 to 1996, he was co-owner and Vice President of ReMax Moncton. Ian’s professional affiliations consist of the National Commercial Council , Canadian Real Estate Association and the New Brunswick Real Estate Association. Ian was President of the Moncton Real Estate Board in 1986. Ian has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business in the Greater Moncton area for over 31 years.
