Having had 30 years working within this sector of commercial property, Ian Burns decided to return to Liverpool and form his own practice. Having had experience in London for Nelson Bakewell and then DTZ, Ian returned to Liverpool where he once worked for Mason Owen & Partners approximately 30 years ago. In 2015, Burns Property Consultants relocated their office to Formby Village, just outside of Liverpool.
