Hunter specializes in providing consultative services to occupiers of industrial real estate, representing clients both in the acquisition and leasing of property. By diligently pursuing a working knowledge of his client's decision making criteria and faithfully stewarding their priorities, Hunter is able to identify and execute on effective real estate strategies.
Hunter is partnered with Reid Wilbraham, Nick Vranka, and Berit McLaughlin in the greater Los Angeles area. As a team they provide relevant consultative services for companies ranging from small, privately held 3PLs to Fortune 500 industry leaders regionally and nationally.
Prior to his role at CBRE, Hunter assisted Southern California families in the residential real estate sector.
