Hulet Gregory took thirteen years of experience with Wells Fargo and created his own business focused on real estate investment in 2003. In the years since, Hulet and his wife, Jackie, have amassed a conglomerate of real estate companies involved in all phases of the real estate investing cycle. He has diversified into both ownership and property management through his companies Memphis CashFlow, GP, and Marathon Management, LLC. Hulet’s intuition and business savvy are attributed to his companies' successes as they continually expand beyond the greater Memphis area into other parts of the Mid-South — most recently into Little Rock. He graduated from the University of North Alabama with degrees in both Finance and Economics. Outside of work, Hulet enjoys running, traveling and spending time with his family.
