Professional Expertise
Hughes has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate Industry beginning when he joined JLL 2004. He specializes in providing portfolio management, strategic planning integration, transaction services, tenant representation, agency representation, and financial analysis for both corporate and local occupiers. He played an integral role in Pacific Northwest Alliance transactions and served as a Regional Lead on the GSA National Broker contract. During his tenure in the industry, Hughes has participated in transactions totaling over 10 Million square feet.
Prior to commencing his commercial real estate practice, Hughes worked in commercial finance for GE Capital where he underwrote commercial transactions, specializing in commercial real estate and cash flow based lending. Prior to that Hughes worked for Bank of America in the Commercial Lending Department as a Loan Monitoring Analyst responsible for the renewal of existing commercial credit lines.
