Howard West is an established commercial real estate broker who joined Newmark’s Pittsburgh office in 2018. He specializes in industrial and investment properties in western Pennsylvania and is an expert in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing properties across the region. Mr. West has a reputation for taking advantage of all industry and market information resources and creating thoughtful transaction plans that allow his clients to maximize value and profitability while uncovering hidden opportunities.
Mr. West has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume since beginning his commercial real estate career. Before joining Newmark, Mr. West was a vice president at Colliers International, concentrating on investment sales and brokerage services. He previously served as an asset manager for The Wilder Companies, overseeing a 17-asset portfolio worth over $650 million with more than 2 million square feet of institutional-grade properties. Mr. West also worked as an asset manager for Boston Capital, managing a portfolio of over 80 multifamily properties.
