Newmark Knight Frank specializes in the acquisition and disposition of real estate investments nationally. The goal of the group is to identify and develop opportunities that meet clients' investment criteria and maximize their returns even in the most challenging markets. Mr. McCullough has completed over 400 industrial, office and retail transactions valued in excess of $3.0 billion. Mr. McCullough joined NKF in February 2010 after a 24-year career with CBRE, where he specialized in asset management and private client investment sales including retail, office and industrial properties. During his career in commercial real estate, he has been responsible for the marketing and management of real estate portfolios for many top companies, including Citicorp Real Estate, where he was involved with the REO workouts and repositioning of their assets in the early 1990's.
