Henry Xia is an emerging associate broker, and we are proud to welcome him to TRG Commercial Realty. Despite being new to the industry, Henry’s passion for learning and persistent work ethic have resulted in a successful start to his first year in real estate. He is currently working on multifamily, land, and hotel development projects. Henry’s strong interpersonal, sales and customer service skills gained from years in the hospitality industry, affords him the ability to form strong relationships with clients and colleagues. He is committed to providing his clients with exceptional market knowledge, while confidently advising them towards investment opportunities in Vancouver and surrounding areas that meet their business and real estate objectives. Henry recently graduated from Simon Fraser University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
