Holly is dedicated to quick and positive results for both sellers and buyers, striving to make the real estate experience a pleasant one. It is her belief that all parties can get a "fair deal". She works in Penobscot, Waldo, and Hancock counties, focusing on the Bangor/Brewer area and 30 miles out, selling single family, multi-units, commercial, waterfront, investment property and land. Holly helps buyers achieve the American Dream of Homeownership; there is nothing like having one's own place to call home - no one in their parking space at the end of the day, they can paint the walls purple if they want and create their own memories as the years pass. Holly also helps sellers get the most money in the quickest amount of time.
She has been a full-time Realtor since 2003 providing home staging consultation as part of her already extensive marketing plan to sell homes in the quickest amount of time for the most money possible. Her yearly sales average is between 6-8 million dollars.
