Holly is our go-to gal for just about anything. She started her real estate career in 2012 when she answered a craigslist ad to be Allen’s executive assistant. Holly’s position with 850 Properties quickly expanded and as of 2016 she became the Chief Operating Officer. A self-proclaimed computer nerd, Holly excels in adobe programs, she currently creates all our graphic content, designs and builds out our custom property websites, photographs properties and even maintains our social media presence. Behind the scenes, she implements company protocol, assists agents with contracts and listings, creates listing presentations and even ensures all licenses and files are compliant with the DBPR and FREC. Holly's background in marketing has been all self taught with the help and guidance of her husband, Derek. Together Holly and Derek run a multi-media marketing company, 20/30north Studios which is the in-house marketing weapon of 850 Properties. When Holly isn’t learning new programs, cultivating client relations or ensuring team success she enjoys baking, watching movies and taking pictures.
