Bio
Holly Buchanan serves as a Senior Director at Katz & Associates in our Nashville office, which she helped open in 2017. Born and raised in the Nashville area, she has extensive knowledge and expertise of the Tennessee markets and has built strong relationships with local brokers, owners and developers. Holly has devoted 20 years exclusively to retail site selection, leasing and retail/office sales. Her primary focus is on helping retailers and restaurants expand their footprint throughout Tennessee and the surrounding states of Alabama, Kentucky, Arkansas and Mississippi.
Holly earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009 and serves on various committees at the National level. Additionally, she is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Holly served as Tennessee State Director from 2012-2014 and as Tennessee/Kentucky Idea Exchange Chair from 2009-2011.
Prior to joining Katz, Holly worked at Kabat Real Estate Solutions and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. She attended Middle Tennessee State University. Holly has volunteered with 100+ Women Who Care Greater Nashville Chapter and Susan G. Komen as RFTC Teams Fundraising Chair.
