Holly joined New South Properties in 2013 and she has teamed with Kenny Smith since her arrival. They specialize in third party leasing, relocations, renewals, building acquisitions and dispositions for office, light industrial, land and specialty clients in North and South Carolina. They provide commercial brokerage, marketing, consulting and implementation of value-added strategies.
