Bio
Hilary Parker has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2001 and has devoted the majority of her career to retail brokerage, representing both Landlords and Tenants throughout the Greater Bay Area. Her invaluable market knowledge and comprehensive leasing strategies have been the key to her success, all while providing her clients with unparalleled service.
Prior to joining Retail West, Hilary spent 9 years at Colliers International where she successfully assisted both national and local retailers with their expansion needs and was instrumental in the leasing of various retail projects throughout the Bay Area. She currently handles close to half a million square feet of retail space in a variety of specialty including neighborhood, mixed-use, as well as ground-up development. She has worked closely with numerous national retailers such as LA Fitness, DXL, Supercuts, Jamba Juice, Ike’s Love and Sandwiches, Burger Lounge and Blaze Fast Fired Pizza.
Hilary began her real estate career as an intern at CB Richard Ellis and quickly worked her way up into managing the entire East Bay research operations. Her team of researchers supported over 40 real estate professionals, providing them with extensive research data and market knowledge for over 300 million square feet of commercial product.
A Graduate from Moraga’s Saint Mary’s College of California, Hilary earned her B.S. Degree in Organizational Psychology. She received an athletic scholarship and was a four year letter winner for the Gaels in Women’s Basketball. During her career she was a two-time WCC Champion, WCC Defender of the Year and made two trips to the NCAA Division I Tournament.
Hilary has had the opportunity to call a variety of Bay Area cities home yet currently resides in Lafayette with her husband. Together they enjoy mountain biking, skiing and the occasional IPA.
