Herbert D. Weitzman is Executive Chairman of Weitzman. In 1990, after nearly 30 years in the real estate business, Weitzman founded the company, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm that now ranks as the largest retail real estate brokerage force in Texas and one of the largest regional commercial real estate firms in the United States. As a property manager, Weitzman now ranks among the top 50 shopping center management firms in the United States, according to rankings by National Real Estate Investor.
