Herbert B. Havins, MAI is the designated broker, lead appraiser and project coordinator for The Havins Co., Inc. His demonstrated expertise in the field of real property appraisal, development, management and brokerage is well-documented and spans a period of twenty five years in the Tucson metropolitan area. In addition, his experience in litigation support and as an expert witness provide significant value-added services for an extensive client base.
