Bio
Herb earned his BS from Illinois College in 1974 and his MBA from St. Louis University in 1976. He has spent his entire career working in real estate – corporate, commercial and residential. After leaving a successful career in corporate real estate in 1996, Herb formed his own development company, Fordelco, LLC, and built and owned several shopping centers in Oklahoma.
Herb joined Keller Williams Realty in 2003 to add residential sales to his commercial company and has been one of the top producers in the Keller Williams Platinum office each and every year. Herb transferred his real estate license to Platinum Realty in February of 2021. He plans to continue working with Platinum Realty as he works toward retirement.
