Henry Morales
has over 30 years experience as a real estate broker in Houston. He founded Buena Vista Management Co. in 1990. Later that year Henry was contacted by investors out of California who purchased a 44,000 S/F shopping center with a 20% occupancy rate at an auction. Henry successfully leased out the dying center to 100% occupancy. He then sold off the center to investors out of New York at over 4 times the original purchase price. Thus began a successful career in commercial investment real estate. Henry is experienced in all aspects of commercial real estate and associates himself with such organizations as CCIM, HAR, and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Henry is fluent in Spanish.
Henry graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Henry enjoys hunting and fly-fishing and other recreational activities.
