Henry focuses on commercial real estate dispositions, acquisitions, and tenant representation in Arizona and throughout the country. His clients include private investors, family real estate companies and larger institutions. Henry also represents local, regional and soon to be national tenants. Henry began his commercial real estate career at Marcus and Millichap in 2011, joined Chris "Oz" Osborn at Real Companies in 2021 and has been the designated broker for Cambridge since 2024. He is committed to consistently adding value to his clients and the Cambridge team. Henry has sold and leased more than $300M in more than 150 transactions in 18 States. Henry works closely with his clients through every step of the commercial real estate investment and site selection processes. From location underwriting and business operations analysis through to targeted investment returns, exits, or successful business operation, he provides valuable input on success factors, pricing, and marketing strategies. Henry regularly seeks out market opportunities and reviews demographic, psychographic and more recently value-graphic data, listing agreements, purchase contracts, assists in obtaining and reviewing due diligence materials, and assembles teams of qualified and reputable vendors. These vendors include CPA’s, attorneys, contractors, brokers, investors, landlords, tenants, title agencies, banks and mortgage brokers.
