Henry is a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, MA with a Masters Degree in Public Administration . He is also a graduate of the Lee Institute of Real Estate, Northern Essex Community College School of Real Estate Licensure and holds a Brokers license in the States of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Henry began working in 1987 for a large commercial real estate brokerage firm which specialized in training and educating their employees in the field of commercial real estate. In 1988, Henry founded Flagship Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in North Andover, MA which continues to operate in the same location at the Willows Office Park, located on Route 114.
