Florida VIP Realty is a full-service firm with expertise in commercial real estate sales, development, retail, medical and professional offices, hospitality, industrial/warehouses, leasing, 1031 placements, and has the financing resources. Helene has a broad spectrum of valuable knowledge in many industries, including owning a full general contracting firm, licensed in Florida and California. She was also head of the design center and continues to work closely with their in-house clientele, assisting in interior design projects, with their new construction, as well as remodel/renovation jobs.
Through Helene's deep industry relationships, along with her highly professional and knowledgeable licensed professionals, this brokerage sources exclusive off-market deals to provide their clients with high-caliber investment and development opportunities.
Born and raised in New York, Helene Frudakis moved to Sarasota, Florida back in 1987, and immediately fell in love with the amazing weather, gorgeous beaches, incredible sunsets, and cultural arts district. Her passion was evident, expressing how she could foresee so much opportunity with the potential for rapid growth in this upscale location.
The decision was made to call this place home, and raise her family, in this magical place nicknamed "Florida's Cultural Coast". Helene’s business savvy, tenacious attitude, and adventurous spirit, led her to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams. Her goal in mind was to open a unique luxury real estate brokerage to develop more creative business investments with high cap rates, as well as build a pipeline of more professional relationships. After years of successfully closing multi-million dollar residential, commercial, and development properties, Helene's passion and dedication to the real estate industry became even stronger, as she continues to grow and promote the vision of a boutique real estate brokerage focusing more on the individual client's desires, needs, the lifestyle, as well as the experience.
