Having worked in the luxury residential real estate market for years, Helen Pederslie is honored to be named as a Founding Member of the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Bellevue branch. Helen works by referral, mostly from clients and friends, and sometimes even from other local realtors. Representing a luxury listing takes unique skills and extraordinary marketing, and Helen has consistently delivered excellent results for her clients. Buyers will find that she is willing to go the extra mile in order to find their dream home or perfect investment property. Helen has just been featured in an HGTV Beach Hunters Kitsap Peninsula episode with her clients who sold their West Bellevue home in search of a new waterfront retirement home.
With her sales and marketing background in the IT industry, Helen naturally became a technologically savvy realtor. She creates and implements the most effective and creative marketing strategies for her sellers, which are customized in order to provide the best positioning for a specific property. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Helen is uniquely positioned to market in our culturally diverse community, utilizing her fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese to expertly assist her clientele. Helen offers her clients multilingual and technologically advanced marketing initiatives as well as access to her international connections to successfully reach both local and international markets. Helen attended Newport High School in Bellevue, WA and later graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington. She met her husband Robert while they were both interning for a technology company at San Jose, CA. Together they traveled the world, visiting over 50 countries, while they lived in California, Maryland, and Singapore. They eventually moved back to the Seattle area to raise their family.
