As the first woman to do so, Heather proudly continues her family’s legacy as a fourth-generation real estate agent in the Capital District and prides herself on ensuring that each client’s experience is a positive and seamless one. Prior to starting her real estate career, Heather received her degree in economics at Binghamton University and then completed post-graduate work at New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology and spent 20 years in NYC working with major brands in the women’s fashion industry before returning to the Capital Region. Interior design studies, real-world renovation experience, and success representing both builders and clients in new home construction have allowed Heather to apply her eye for design and impeccable fashion sense to help clients envision their new space whether it is to build, buy or remodel. She has also forayed this talent into real estate development having launched Mountains Edge at Lake George, a 16-lot subdivision with a partner. Born and raised in Niskayuna, Heather has called Malta home since 1997 where she lives with her husband and spends considerable time in Lake Placid where they own and manage a rental property.
