Heather Barclay is Director of Operations for ACO Commercial. Her primary responsibilities include the management of all internal and external person-resources, client-facing project management, and licensure compliance oversight.
Prior to joining ACO Commercial, Ms. Barclay worked for 20 years within the Capital Markets Division of CBRE, where she coordinated marketing and due diligence for dispositions of multifamily, retail, mixed-use and office properties at the institutional level. In her tenure at CBRE, Ms. Barclay was involved in over 350 transactions with a total consideration of more than $7 billion. With over two decades of commercial real estate experience, Ms. Barclay is recognized as an expert in the operational management of brokerage teams and project management for real estate marketing dispositions. Ms. Barclay has held an Illinois Real Estate license since 1999.
